Description

A three-storey country villa with the altana terrace on the roof — this is a functional, skillfully planned house with the centralized control panel for all the engineering systems. Four bedrooms, a children’s playroom and a study lie at its upper levels, while the lower floor unites the space of the kitchen, dining and living room into one. The living room is decorated with the sculptures of atlantes, with the fireplace area opening into the terrace and the swimming pool. All the rooms are decorated with the italian tradition in mind, mandating the cult furniture and the antiques. The bathroom and recessed balcony are decorated with the gothic imagery inherent to Venice: a high-end Italian marble Calacatta Oro is used. The window shutters are painted a typical Veneto, full green colour perfectly harmonizing with the wine-red facade.
